Our Mission
Our goal at Resilience Chronic Illness Consulting is to bridge the gap between scientific research and the individuals who need it most — those with chronic conditions. Our mission is to provide science-based support to help individuals navigate their health journey to reclaim a better quality of life.
The name Resilience Chronic Illness Consulting reflects a deep belief that those facing chronic illness embody extraordinary resilience. Our Story
Resilience Chronic Illness Consulting was born from a powerful realization: the modern healthcare system often falls short for those living with chronic illness and unexplained symptoms. Our founder, Kathryn, knows this struggle firsthand.

Following a severe Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) infection, Kathryn developed persistent, unexplained symptoms that impacted her daily life. Like many navigating chronic conditions, it took many years for Kathryn to receive her first autoimmune disease diagnosis —but even then, she continued to experience debilitating symptoms despite being given traditional medications. She quickly realized that her diagnosis was only the beginning, not the resolution of her chronic illness journey.
Kathryn’s personal struggle sparked a pursuit to find effective, research-based ways to support long-term well-being and find relief from her chronic illnesses. Determined to find answers, Kathryn turned to cutting-edge science by becoming a PhD-trained immunologist. Through years training, research, and personal experience, she found ways to support immune health through evidence-based, approaches like nutrition, lifestyle habits, and more. Over time, Kathryn was able to improve her lab results, reverse her symptoms, and reclaim her health and her life.
